If you haven't done so already, you must try Aspen's new hot spot The White House Tavern. Although I have yet to dine for dinner, I frequent almost twice a week for lunch. The restoration of the East Hopkins Ave "White House" (whose lot orginally was built and sold for $300) is site to see on its own. Even though the White House remains one of the oldest structures in Aspen, it's decor, menu and wine list are as modern, delightful and fresh as they come.
